Jurisdiction

Interpretation and Revision of Judgments

The judgments of the Tribunal are final and without appeal (Statute, article 33). However, in the event of dispute as to the meaning or scope of a judgment, any party may make a request for its interpretation (Statute, article 33; Rules, article 126, paragraph 1). A request for revision of a judgment may also be made in certain circumstances referred to in article 127, paragraph 1, of the Rules and under the conditions provided for in articles 126 to 129 of the Rules.
